Co-Branded Fashion Bug Visa Program definition

Co-Branded Fashion Bug Visa Program means a program to originate charges on a general purpose credit card, under the Visa® system, which credit card may be co-branded with the Fashion Bug or Fashion Bug Plus brand names, which accounts shall be either closed or replaced by a private label Credit Card by CHRS or Bank, as applicable, in accordance with Schedule 2.1 (c) hereof.

  • The Credit Cards issued under the Co-Branded Fashion Bug Visa Program shall either be closed or shall, if eligible, be converted to private label Credit Cards on or prior to January 8, 2010.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Weapons system supplier means any prime contractor or first tier subcontractor engaged in, or having a known prospective interest in the development, production or analysis of any of the weapon systems, as well as any major component or subassembly of such system.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.
