This Agreement (including the CNCA) may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original, and such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same Agreement.
All notices and other communications required to be given under this Agreement (including the CNCA) shall be in writing and shall be delivered to the Party in person, via e-mail or as an attachment to an e-mail transmission to the Party’s e-mail address, or by overnight carrier service by a recognized business courier (such as FedEx or UPS).
