CNB Group definition

CNB Group means any “affiliated group” (as defined in Section 1504(a) of the Code without regard to the limitations contained in Section 1504(b) of the Code) that includes CNB or any predecessor of or any successor to CNB (or to another such predecessor or successor) and any other related companies, limited liability partnerships and limited liability corporations.

Examples of CNB Group in a sentence

  • Purchaser further warrants and agrees that so long as Citizens National Bank, its successors and assigns, shall maintain the CNB Group Plan with Mountain State Blue Cross and Blue Shield or so long as Citizens National Bank shall have a group health insurance plan with an insurer which Purchaser represents, Purchaser will discount the premium for the CNB Group Plan by the amount of commission that Purchaser is entitled to receive from the insurer.

Related to CNB Group

  • DBS Group means any of DBS’s subsidiaries, DBS’s holding company and any subsidiaries of DBS’s holding company;

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.

  • Tax Group means any federal, state, local or foreign consolidated, affiliated, combined, unitary or other similar group of which the Acquiror Company is now or was formerly a member.

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Minority Group means any of the following racial or ethnic groups:

  • Consolidated Group means the Borrower and all Subsidiaries which are consolidated with it for financial reporting purposes under GAAP.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.

  • HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.

  • Minority group member means a United States citizen or permanent resident alien who is and can demonstrate membership in one of the following groups:

  • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Company Group Member means Company or any Company Affiliate;
