CMHC Funding definition

CMHC Funding means the maximum amount specified in paragraph 8.1, subject to the terms of this Agreement;
CMHC Funding means any amount of funding provided by CMHC to BC Housing under Schedule B to the Agreement.
CMHC Funding. — means any amount of funding provided by CMHC to MHRC under Schedule B to this Agreement;

Examples of CMHC Funding in a sentence

  • Payment of CMHC Funding for each Fiscal Year is conditional on having in place a completed and agreed-to Annual Plan for that Fiscal Year.

  • CMHC Funding cannot be reallocated among Fiscal Years without prior CMHC approval.

  • CMHC Funding that is cancelled or reduced or that remains uncommitted at the end of the Fiscal Year, cannot be reallocated among Fiscal Years unless otherwise agreed to by CMHC.

  • Performance reporting and commentary will always reflect where there is a time lag in reporting, and what period the data relates to.

  • NBHC will propose the planned Quarterly Claims amounts for the annual allocation of CMHC Funding for each Fiscal Year by not later than May 1st of the Fiscal Year, for CMHC concurrence.

  • At least $0.080 million in CMHC Funding must be claimed in each Fiscal Year and used under this Agreement for victims of family violence.

  • This maximum CMHC Funding is available by Fiscal Year in the following amounts: 2011 – 2012: $7.800 million; 2012 – 2013: $7.800 million; 2013 – 2014: $7.800 million.

  • Ongoing contributions of CMHC Funding are to be calculated (present value) in accordance with Section 3.5 of Schedule B.

  • This protocol applies to joint communications on Projects receiving CMHC Funding or Contributions by Others.

  • In the case of Original Notes tendered by book-entry transfer into the Exchange Agent’s account at DTC pursuant to its book-entry transfer procedures, the Original Notes will be credited to an account with DTC specified by the holder, as soon as practicable after withdrawal, rejection of tender or termination of the Exchange Offers.

Related to CMHC Funding

  • Funding means the amounts of money provided by the LHIN to the HSP in each Funding Year of this Agreement;

  • Master Funding Agreement means the Master Funding Agreement entered into by the Company and the Secretary of State on 31st October 2013;

  • Project Funding means the funding for the Services;

  • student loan means a loan towards a student's maintenance pursuant to any regulations made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998, section 73 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 or Article 3 of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and includes, in Scotland, a young student's bursary paid under regulation 4(1)(c) of the Students’ Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 2007.

  • Funding Cycle means the period of time commencing with the Notice of Funding Availability or Notice of Credit Availability pursuant to this rule chapter and concluding with the issuance of allocations or loans to Applicants who applied during a given Application Period.
