Cloud Environment definition

Cloud Environment means the collection of remote environments provided to Customer on which the Cloud Application(s) operates that is supported by Hexagon.
Cloud Environment means a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications and services) managed so they behave as if they were one computer.
Cloud Environment of a party means the cloud or other compute or storage infrastructure controlled by such party and utilized under the Agreement.

Examples of Cloud Environment in a sentence

  • Upon termination of all orders governed by these MicroStrategy Cloud Environment Terms, we will make all Customer Content available for your download in the format in which it was stored as part of the MCE Service for thirty (30) days after termination, after which time it will be deleted.

  • For any breach of the warranties set forth in subsections (a) or (b) above, your exclusive remedy, and our entire liability, will be (1) the correction of the MCE Service errors that caused the breach of the warranty; or (2) if such correction cannot be reasonably effected by us, the termination of all orders governed by these MicroStrategy Cloud Environment Terms and the refund of any unused, prepaid fees paid for the Additional PaaS Components.

  • During the MCE Service Term, you may only access and use the “Cloud Platform” version of our Products as part of the MCE Service provided by us pursuant to these MicroStrategy Cloud Environment Service Terms.

  • To the extent there is any conflict between these MicroStrategy Cloud Environment Service Terms and the Cloud Platform License Terms, these MicroStrategy Cloud Environment Service Terms will prevail.

  • Under our “Cloud Environment” offering, we will provide support of a MicroStrategy Cloud Platform (in a production or non-production environment) managed by MicroStrategy experts in the MicroStrategy Cloud Environment.


More Definitions of Cloud Environment

Cloud Environment means the Linux or Windows cloud-based computing environment that Licensee uses (either through EditShare or through arrangement with a third-party cloud computing service provider) for operation of the Software. The Cloud Environment must comply with the recommendations provided by EditShare.
Cloud Environment means a set of systems and processes acting together to provide services in a manner that is disassociated with the underlying specific hardware or software used for such purpose, and includes Hybrid Clouds, Private Clouds, Public Clouds and Community Clouds, as defined by NIST Special Publication 800-145.
Cloud Environment means a cloud or other computer or storage infrastructure controlled by a party.
Cloud Environment means the infrastructure used to provide hosting services, as described in Schedule 1, attached hereto.
Cloud Environment means the cloud environment provided by the Cloud Provider into which Company deploys the Tecton Control and Data Planes.
Cloud Environment means the infrastructure-as-a-service cloud environment provided by a third-party cloud service provider in which the Cloud Service may be deployed by Customer.
