Upon completion of any remediation, if any, Developer (on its own or through an environmental consultant) shall prepare a Closure Report documenting the remediation that occurred on, in, under or about the Property and requesting that the regulatory agency providing oversight issue a “No Further Action” letter or other document of similar effect.
Then an interim Closure Report with sampling results is prepared.
The following must be submitted to the local agency before final closure sign-off: • A completed Closure Application: • A Closure Plan (if required), along with applicable fees; • A Post Closure Report (if required), along with applicable supporting documentation.
After reviewing this document, EPA may require edits and/or additional information to the Final Well Closure Report before approving.

Your final Milestone Report will need to be accompanied by a Closure Report.
EPA will review and approve or disapprove the Final Well Closure Report.
In addition, PG&E will provide options for customers to voluntarily indicate their race and/or ethnicity, which PG&E will include as aggregated and anonymous values in its annual CSO Closure Report.
All revisions to the Final Well Closure Report shall be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of notice that the Final Well Closure Report has been disapproved.
