Closing Net Asset Value definition

Closing Net Asset Value as defined in Section 2.11(a).

Closing Net Asset Value has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(c)(iii).

More Definitions of Closing Net Asset Value

Closing Net Asset Value means the Net Asset Value as of the Closing Date.
