Closing Company Working Capital definition

Closing Company Working Capital means the Company Working Capital as at the Closing Reference Date;
Closing Company Working Capital means the Company Working Capital as of the Effective Time.
Closing Company Working Capital means the excess of the current assets of the Company over the current liabilities of the Company, in each case as set forth on, and derived from, the Closing Company Balance Sheet.
