Agreement\u201d means where more than one Tenderer concludes a Framework Agreement for the construction of the works; \u201cPrimary Procurement\u201d means the procurement process that results in concluding a Framework Agreement(s) with a successful Tenderer(s), as described in this IFT; \u201cProcurement Agent\u201d when named in the Framework Agreement, is a party to the Framework Agreement, but only in its capacity to conclude the Framework Agreement(s) with successful Contractors, and, as the Entity responsible for managing and administering the Framework Agreement, on behalf of the
