closed day definition

closed day means a Sunday or a public holiday referred to in, or declared under, the Public Holidays Act, 1990 (Act 26 of 1990);
closed day means the day of the week on which a shop or commercial establishment remains closed;
closed day means any day that is a public holiday by virtue of section 3 of the Public Holidays Act, Good Friday, Christmas Day and Easter Sunday; [Cap. 352., 1996-22.]
