Clinical treatment definition

Clinical treatment means a professionally directed, deliberate, and planned regimen of services and interventions that are designed to reduce or eliminate the misuse of drugs and alcohol and promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. As defined by rule, "clinical treatment services" include, but are not limited to, the following licensable service components:
Clinical treatment means the use of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Drug to treat a patient with the Indication.

  • Clinical treatment services shall ensure that a trauma-informed approach is used when assessing a child/youth for treatment.

  • Clinical treatment may include outpatient, intensive outpatient, day treatment, partial hospitalization, or inpatient/residential levels of care.

  • Clinical treatment records must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements.

  • Clinical treatment services will be provided to ▇▇▇▇▇ County inmates in the Jail Re-Entry program, increasing access to evidence-based substance abuse counseling and treatment services as well as post-release case management.

  • Clinical treatment plans must be updated and reevaluated as treatment goals are met and/or additional needs are identified.

  • Clinical treatment provided in a facility or program provided under the direction of a physician.
