Cliff means a rocky slope greater than 70 degrees steep and greater than three metres in height. “Commencement date” means the date on which the IFOA is granted by the relevant Ministers in

More Definitions of Cliff

Cliff means herein that no vesting will occur until the date when the first 25% vests and the remaining 75% begins to vest monthly.
