Client’s Premises definition

Client’s Premises means the Client’s premises reflected in the Quotation;
Client’s Premises means the designated place, venue, or location at which the Equipment/Floristry is to be delivered to and at which place the Client is to use the Equipment/Floristry.
Client’s Premises means the interior of that portion of any building that the “Insured’s” “client” occupies in conducting its business.

  • Access to Client’s Premises The Client may, by written notice to the Contractor, refuse to admit onto, or withdraw permission to remain on, the Premises to: any member of the Staff; or any person employed or engaged by any member of the Staff, whose admission or continued presence would, in the reasonable opinion of the Client, be undesirable.

  • Where Staff are required to have a pass for admission to the Client’s Premises, the Client’s representative shall, subject to satisfactory completion of Approval procedures, arrange for passes to be issued.

  • The Contractor shall take all steps reasonably required by the Client to prevent unauthorised persons from being admitted to the Client’s Premises.

  • Company has procured a license to access and use Company’s centralized Nutritional Database (“NDB”) for nutritional analysis, menu planning and other operational purposes for Client’s Premises.

  • Therefore, the Client agrees that during the Supervisory Employee’s employment with Company and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter no Supervisory Employees of Company will be hired by Client nor any facility affiliated with Client, nor will Client permit employment of Company Supervisory Employees on Client’s Premises or the Premises of any facility affiliated with Client.

  • Where the Services are performed on the Client’s Premises the Contractor shall have a non-exclusive right of access to and use of the Client’s Premises without charge and shall vacate those premises on completion or earlier termination of the Contract.

  • The Contractor shall report to the appropriate authority and maintain records of all accidents, injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences involving either its staff or guests within the Catering Areas or Dining Areas and /or on the Client’s Premises in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrence Regulations 1985 or as subsequently amended.

  • The Supplier shall, when working at the Client’s Premises, perform the Agreement in accordance with the Client’s Safeguarding policies which are to protect customers and occupiers of Client’s properties who are subject to or are at risk of abuse and neglect.

  • The Client will make the necessary arrangements for these meetings which will normally be held at the Client’s Premises.

  • If included in the Order, Provider will install and connect the camera devices described in this Agreement at Client’s Premises.
