The Parties explicitly agree and understand that nothing in this Agreement or in any communication between the Seller and the Listing Brokerage now or in the past creates or gives rise to common law agency, or Client Representation as defined by the REBBA 2002, or any other legislation dealing with regulation of real estate brokers, including oral or implied client representation or any form of representation whatsoever.
