Client Program definition

Client Program means the object code form of the service application made available to Subscriber to be installed on Subscriber’s computing device/environment and used solely in connection with the Subscription Services.
Client Program means a program provided by WingArc (Including, but not limited to, the agent function invoiceAgent Bridge Service and tools) through this Service, and installed on a terminal or server managed by the Customer and a virtual terminal or virtual server on the cloud.

Client Program means the proprietary OZ Instant Communication Solution application software modules residing on access devices as described in Exhibit A.

Processing Services means those services listed in Exhibit A of this Agreement.
