Client Partners definition

Client Partners means any consultants, contract manufacturers, or other third parties engaged by Client to perform or assist with designing, developing, manufacturing, testing, or assembling a product that uses or incorporates any Microchip Device.

Examples of Client Partners in a sentence

  • If Client is provided access to Trial Services, Trial Services may include the ability to enable two (2) of Client's supply chain partners onto the Cloud Service through the Shipment Manager when they have been designated by Client as Authorized Client-Partners in accordance with Appendix A: Client Partners.
