Client or Member means an individual, referred by COUNTY or enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s program for services under the Contract, who experiences chronic mental illness.

  • Parkmobile shall charge the Client or Member a Member Fee of $0.35 cents per transaction (“Member Fee”).

  • Once a change is made to the materials, the Contractor shall not use any prior versions of the materials in any distribution to any Client or Member, unless the Department gives express written consent.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the Client or Member violates any of the terms outlined herein, including, but not limited to, providing false information, engaging in inappropriate behavior, or violating confidentiality.

  • Client or Member agrees to notify PhotoShelter immediately of any actual or suspected loss, theft, or unauthorized use of its or its Registered Users’ (defined above) account or password.

  • In order to become a Client or Member of Miingle and use our Matchmaking Services, you must be at least 21 years old.

  • All materials that the Contractor creates for distribution to any Client or Member shall be culturally and linguistically appropriate to the recipient.

  • Investor Member means a member that has made a contribution to a limited cooperative association and:
