Client Asset Rules/CASS Rules definition

Client Asset Rules/CASS Rules means the rules relating to client money and custody set out in FCA’s Client Assets Sourcebook as amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time.

Related to Client Asset Rules/CASS Rules

Client Money Rules means the Securities and Futures (Client Money) Rules (Chapter 571I of the Laws of Hong Kong) made by the SFC under section 149 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance as amended from time to time;
HIPAA Rules means the Privacy, Security, Breach Notification, and Enforcement Rules at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164.
