Clear Channel Stockholders definition

Clear Channel Stockholders means CCC and CCR and the transferees of such Stockholders (other than a Xxxxxxxx Stockholder) authorized under this Agreement, excluding, however, a transferee in an Exempt Transfer or a Third-Party Sale.
