Cleanup Contractor definition

Cleanup Contractor means an independent disaster cleanup contractor licensed to do business in the state.
Cleanup Contractor means Dames & ▇▇▇▇▇, Inc., a Delaware corporation having an address at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. To the extent that Borrower replaces Cleanup Contractor with a Satisfactory Replacement Cleanup Contractor (as to any one or more Approved Property(ies)), such Satisfactory Replacement Cleanup Contractor shall then constitute "Cleanup Contractor" as to the affected Approved Properties.

To t▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇th a Satisfactory Replacement Cleanup Contractor (as to any one or more Property(ies)), such Satisfactory Replacement Cleanup Contractor shall then constitute "Cleanup Contractor" as to the affected Properties.

  • Borrower shall diligently pursue the prevailing professional standards of quality, performance and timeliness that Cleanup Contractor would normally deliver for its third-party clients.

  • If, in the judgment of the Incident Commander, such opportunity has been adequately provided, considering the conditions, the Incident Commander may authorize additional clean-up operations be carried out, if appropriate, by (1) the City/Town Public Works Department in which the incident occurred, (2) County Public Works for incidents in the unincorporated area, (3) California Department of Transportation for incidents on a State highway, or (4) a licensed Hazardous Waste Clean-up Contractor.

  • Borrower shall not waive, modify, amend, terminate or release Cleanup Contractor's obligations under any GMP Agreement, or to replace Cleanup Contractor, without Subordinated Lender's consent.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this paragraph, the commencement of an involuntary case or other proceeding against the Cleanup Contractor shall not constitute an Event of Default under this Agreement, if within thirty (30) days after the commencement of such proceeding, Borrower has procured a Satisfactory Replacement Cleanup Contractor.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor: listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors); which, in the opinion of the Authority and the Customer, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Goods and/or Services; and/or with a Sub-Contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be payable under this Call Off Contract;

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • Plumbing contractor means a licensed master plumber or a person who employs a licensed master plumber full-time to directly supervise the installation of plumbing as his or her representative engaged in the business of plumbing for a fixed sum, price, fee percentage, valuable consideration, or other compensation and who is licensed as a plumbing contractor.

  • Contractor means the Party selected to provide the goods or Services to the State under this Contract.
