Clean Prescription definition

Clean Prescription means a referral for which benefits have been verified and that includes a valid prescription that does not: (i) require physician, patient, or any third party intervention or information; (ii) involve backorder, short supply, allocation, or recall; or (iii) involve a referral that is subsequently canceled or requested to be held for future processing.
Clean Prescription means any prescription that only contains Appliance items;

Examples of Clean Prescription in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of a Clean Prescription, DISTRIBUTOR shall dispense UT Product within one (1) business day or at such other time as the Included Patient may request.

  • Upon receipt of a Clean Prescription, SPECIALTY PHARMACY shall dispense Product within one (1) business day or at such other time as the Patient may request.

  • If the Clean Prescription is not received by NWOS within five (5) Working Days of the patient collecting the Appliance from the pharmacy or receiving it at home from Counterpart, NWOS shall be entitled to charge Counterpart the Drug Tariff price of that Appliance and Counterpart shall pay within 30 days of an invoice from NWOS.

  • Upon receipt of a Clean Prescription, DISTRIBUTOR shall ensure that the Included Patient receives UT Product within one (1) business day from receipt of such prescription, or at such other time as the Included Patient may request.
