Classified Reps. For the first eight (8) weeks of employment, new classified reps shall be excluded from the commission pool and shall be paid by the employer a weekly amount equivalent to 75% of an equal share of the commission pool. Classified -‐ reps will share a pooled monthly incentive of 0.5% of classified revenue including corporate when the monthly target for the Classified Department is met. An annual incentive equal to 0.5% of pooled revenue will be paid when the annual classified target is met or achieved. Although commission plans once established rarely change, the parties understand and agree that reasonable adjustments to the commission plans may be made during the term of the Agreement. The Employer will meet with the Union to discuss any proposed amendments to commission plans, prior to the implementation of any changes. Car allowance are payable only to those required to use a car for company business. Classified Reps. Classified - reps will receive a monthly incentive of $150 each when the monthly target for Simcoe County Publications, excluding corporate and combo, is met. An annual incentive of $250 each will be paid when the annual classified target is met or achieved.
Classified Reps. For the first six (6) weeks of employment, new classified reps shall be excluded from the commission pool and shall be paid by the employer a weekly amount equivalent to 75% of a equal share of the commission pool. Incentive program: Retail, Real Estate & Telemarketing - reps will be eligible for a monthly incentive plan. The plan will pay an individual sales representative an additional 0.5% of revenue on local ROP & Colour & Internet Sales; once sales reach monthly targets. Annually, sales reps whose total local ROP, Local Colour & Internet sales meet or exceed their annual target, will receive a lump sum payment equal to 0.5% of all revenue sold in the specific categories.
