Standard Agreement Coversheet refers to the form used by the Judicial Council to enter into agreements with other parties. Certification of Incorporation means the restated certificate of incorporation of the Corporation, as it may be amended from time to time, and shall include this Certificate of Designations.

Period of Insurance means the period commencing from the retroactive date and terminating on the expiry date as shown in the Policy Schedule.
