Class X-B Strip Rate definition

Class X-B Strip Rate. With respect to each REMIC III Component of the Class X-B Certificates, with respect to each Interest Accrual Period, a rate per annum equal to the greater of (I) zero and (II) the excess, if any, of the WAC Rate for such Interest Accrual Period over the Pass-Through Rate on the Principal Balance Certificate with the same alphabetic designation; and with respect to the Class X-B Certificates as a whole, the greater of (I) zero and (II) excess of the WAC Rate over the weighted average of the Pass-Through Rates of the Class B, Class C and Class D Certificates for such Interest Accrual Period, weighted on the basis of the Class Principal Balances of such Classes of Certificates outstanding immediately prior to the conclusion of such Interest Accrual Period.

Class X-B Strip Rate. With respect to each Class X-B Component and any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the Adjusted Net Trust Note Rate for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Pass-Through Rate of (a) the Class B Certificates, in the case of the Class B Component or (b) the Class C Certificates, in the case of the Class C Component.

Related to Class X-B Strip Rate

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class X-B Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the Class X Strip Rate for the Class X-B Component for such Distribution Date.

  • Class X-D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-D Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

For federal income tax purposes, the economic equivalent of such rate shall be expressed as the weighted average of (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest I-GRP, weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Balance of such REMIC II Regular Interest. For federal income tax purposes, the economic equivalent of such rate shall be expressed as the weighted average of (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) the REMIC II Remittance Rates on (a) REMIC II Regular Interest I-SUB, subject to a cap and a floor equal to the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest I-GRP, and (b) REMIC II Regular Interest II-SUB, subject to a cap and a floor equal to the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest II-GRP, weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Balance of each such REMIC II Regular Interest.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Net WAC With respect to any Distribution Date and for any Mortgage Group, the weighted average Net Mortgage Rate for the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group calculated based on the respective Net Mortgage Rates and the Stated Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans as of the preceding Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, as of the Cut-off Date).

  • Class X-D Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-12 hereto.

  • Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.
