Class X-0x Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Shortfall definition

Class X-0x Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Class A-2b Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and any outstanding Class X-0x Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Shortfall from the immediately preceding Payment Date (together with interest on such outstanding Class X-0x Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Shortfall at the Class A-2b Rate, to the extent lawful, calculated on the same basis as interest on the Class A-2b Notes for the same period), over (y) the amount of interest distributed to the Class A-2b Noteholders on such Payment Date.
Class X-0x Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the Class A-3b Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Payment Date over the amount that was actually distributed in respect of interest on the Class A-3b Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus, to the extent permitted by law, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class A-3b Interest Rate, (ii) such excess, and (iii) a fraction equal to one-twelfth.
Class X-0x Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Shortfall means (a) with respect to any Payment Date on or prior to the Class A-2a Maturity Date, zero, and (b) with respect to any Payment Date thereafter, the excess, if any, of the Class A-2b Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Payment Date over the amount that was actually distributed in respect of interest on the Class A-2b Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus, to the extent permitted by law, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class A-2b Interest Rate, (ii) such excess, and (iii) a fraction equal to the number of days in the related Accrual Period divided by 360.

Related to Class X-0x Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Shortfall

  • Class A Non-PO Optimal Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum for such Distribution Date of (i) the Class A Interest Accrual Amount, (ii) the Aggregate Class A Unpaid Interest Shortfall and (iii) the Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount.

  • Class X-B Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-B Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-B Components.

  • Class A Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(a).

  • Class A-4 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-4 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-4 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-4 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A-3 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-3 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-3 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-3 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A-2 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $321,750.00, and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-2 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-2 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Class X-D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-D Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Class A-1 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, the product of (A) the actual number of days elapsed during the period from and including the preceding Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date divided by 360, (B) the Class A-1 Rate and (C) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-1 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess of (1) the Class C Applied Realized Loss Amount over (2) the sum of (x) all distributions in reduction of the Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates and (y) all increases in the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class C Certificates pursuant to the last sentence of the definition of "Certificate Principal Balance."

  • Class A-3 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.205%.

  • Basis Risk Shortfall Carry Forward Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates and Class M Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of (A) the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of Current Interest that such Class would have been entitled to receive on such Distribution Date had the Pass-Though Rate applicable to such Class been calculated at a per annum rate equal to One-Month LIBOR plus the related Certificate Margin, over (b) the amount of Current Interest that such Class received on such Distribution Date if the Pass-Through Rate is limited to the related Net Rate Cap and (B) the amount in clause (A) for all previous Distribution Dates not previously paid, together with interest thereon at a rate equal to the related Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.   • Class A-4 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1020%.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Finance Charge Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09.

  • Class A Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).

  • Class X-A Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-A Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-A Components.

  • Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1000%.

  • Deficiency Amount shall have the meaning set forth for such term in Section 4.03(a) hereof. “Department” shall mean the South Carolina Department of Revenue.

  • Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class A Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over the sum of all distributions in reduction of the Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to the Class A Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount shall not be applied to reduce the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class.

  • Class A Note Interest Shortfall means, for any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount on the preceding distribution date, over • the amount of interest actually distributed to the class A noteholders on that preceding distribution date, plus interest on the amount of that excess, to the extent permitted by law, at the interest rate applicable for each related class of notes from that preceding distribution date to the current distribution date.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Class A-P Collection Shortfall With respect to the Cash Liquidation or REO Disposition of a Discount Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the excess of the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(1) over the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(2).

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Principal Deficiency Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, the excess, if any, of the aggregate Class Certificate Principal Balance of such Undercollateralized Group immediately prior to such Distribution Date over the sum of the Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
