Class V Certificates. The Class V-ABC, Class V-D, Class V-E, Class V-F and Class V2 Certificates, collectively.

Class V Certificates and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.

Class V Certificates. Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Trustee or Authenticating Agent on behalf of the Depositor in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-16 hereto and entitled to the distributions payable thereto pursuant to Section 4.7(b). The Class V Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate, Certificate Balance or Notional Amount. The Class V Certificates represent a beneficial ownership interest in the Grantor Trust Assets entitled to the distributions set forth in Section 4.7 hereof.

Examples of Class V Certificates in a sentence

• The Class A-S, Class B, Class C, Class PEX and Class V Certificates shall each represent undivided beneficial interests in the portion of the Grantor Trust consisting of the assets set forth opposite such Class in the following table, in each case as described herein.

• Issuance of the Class A-S, Class B, Class C, Class PEX and Class V Certificates.

• The Class R and Class V Certificates will be issuable in denominations representing Percentage Interests in the related Class of not less than 10%.
