Class LA-3 Interest definition

Class LA-3 Interest means a regular interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC which is held as an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC and having the Original Lower-Tier Principal Amount and per annum rate of interest set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.

  • Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.

  • Class LTR Interest The sole class of "residual interest" in the Lower Tier REMIC.

  • Class R-III Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC III.

  • Class R-I Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC I.

  • Class R-II Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC II.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.

  • Class LT-R Interest The residual interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class X Interest The Upper-Tier Regular Interest represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class R-5 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 5.

  • Class R-IV Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC IV.

  • Class A-3 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-3 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-3 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-3 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class IO Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee, evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A-4 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-4 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-4 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-4 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.20% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class B-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class B-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class B-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class B-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class UT-R Interest The residual interest in the Upper-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class CE Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class CE Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class A-4 Interest Rate means 2.14% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-2 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $275,916.67, and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-2 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-2 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A-3 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class A‑3 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑3 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑3 Initial Principal Balance.

  • Lower Tier Interest As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class A-4 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class A‑4 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑4 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑4 Initial Principal Balance.
