Class III games definition

Class III games means those games permitted by the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, 25 U.S.C. 30 2703(8).
Class III games means those games permitted by the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act as provided 28 in 25 U.S.C. 2703(8).

The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.
