Class A-2 Note means any of the 0.51% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.
Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.
Class A-3 Note means any of the 1.34% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.
Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.
Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.
Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Class A-3 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-3 Notes.
Class A-2 Note Rate With respect to any Payment Date, the per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the Class A-2 Formula Note Rate and (ii) the Class A-2 Net WAC Cap Rate for such Payment Date.
Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.
Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.
Class A-4 Note means any of the 3.30% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑4, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-2.
Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $75,000,000.
Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.
Class A-4 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-4 Notes.
Class A-2a Notes means the $ Class A-2 % Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.
Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
Class A-4 Notes means the 0.62% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-4, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.
Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.
Class A-3 Principal Balance as of any date means the Class A‑3 Initial Principal Balance less all amounts paid to the holders of Class A‑3 Notes in respect of principal pursuant to Section 5.06 hereof.
Class A-2 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.
Class A-4 Principal Balance as of any date means the Class A‑4 Initial Principal Balance less all amounts paid to the holders of Class A‑4 Notes in respect of principal pursuant to Section 5.06 hereof.
Class A-1 Note Rate means, (i) with respect to the initial Series 2002-1 Interest Period, 2.04% per annum and (ii) with respect to each Series 2002-1 Interest Period thereafter, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for such Series 2002-1 Interest Period plus 0.20% per annum.
Class A-2 Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-2 Note is registered in the Note Register.
Initial Class C Note Balance means $156,670,000.
