Class I Aircraft definition

Class I Aircraft means and includes any aircraft having certified gross take-off weight (GTOW) of six thousand (6,000) pounds or more.
Class I Aircraft means Eligible Aircraft of the type described in clauses (a), (b) and (c) of the definition of Section 1110 Eligible Aircraft.
