Class G Member definition

Class G Member means any Person admitted as an additional member of the Company holding Class G Shares or a substitute member of the Company holding Class G Shares pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, in each case in its capacity as a member of the Company holding Class G Shares and for so long as such Person continues to hold Class G Shares. As of the date of this Agreement, the only Class G Member is KKR Group Assets Holdings III.

Class G Member means any Person who is described in and who meets the qualifications, requirements and conditions established by or pursuant to this Agreement to own Class G Units and to be a Class G Member and who has not ceased to be a Class G Member pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. “Class G Members” means all such Class G Members.

  • The Sole Member hereby continues as a member of the Company, and is admitted to the Company as the sole Class G Member, upon its execution of this Agreement.
