Class Funds definition

Class Funds means the funds in the Settlement Fund that are available for distribution to Eligible Settlement Class Members, after the payment of all amounts approved by the Court in its Final Approval Order for Class Representative service awards, Class Counsel’s attorneys’ fees and expenses, and the fees and expenses of the Claims Administrator.
Class Funds means class funds established and maintained in accordance with Article 25;
Class Funds means the funds in the Settlement Fund that are available for distribution to Class Members.

Examples of Class Funds in a sentence

  • Prior to distribution of any New Class Funds, the Effective Date must have occurred and the Distribution Model must be approved by a Final order of the Court.

  • After the Effective Date, distributions of the New Class Funds shall occur as soon as practicable, or in a timeframe ordered by the Court, consistently with the terms and conditions of this SA.

  • Settlement Class Funds allocated to Settlement Class Properties for which no valid claims have been made shall constitute Unclaimed Funds and shall be allocated as set forth in subparagraph (c) below.

  • All claimants whose claims are determined to be valid by the Claims Administrator shall be eligible for an award from the Damages Sub- Class Funds.

  • An Administrative Services Fee of ___ basis points shall be paid on any Advisor Class Funds with an expense ratio between ___ basis points and ___ basis points.

  • The parties to this Agreement recognize and agree that each F Class Fund`s Payment to the Company under this Agreement represents compensation for Administrative Services only and does not constitute payment in any manner for investment advisory services or for costs of distribution of the Fund`s shares.

  • An Administrative Services Fee of 25 basis points shall be paid on any R Class Funds with an expense ratio of 106 basis points to 124 basis points.

  • An Administrative Services Fee in accordance with the schedule below shall be paid on any R Class Funds with an expense ratio greater than or equal to 125 basis points.

Related to Class Funds

  • Excess Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(l) of this Agreement.

  • Excess Funds Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.
