Definition of Class E-2 Subordinated Note Purchase Agreements

Class E-2 Subordinated Note Purchase Agreements means each of the Class E-2 Subordinated Note Purchase Agreements to be dated on or about the date hereof, to be entered into between the Issuer and the initial purchasers of the Class E-2 Subordinated Notes.
