Class D Stock definition

Class D Stock means the Class D Common Stock, par value $.01 per ------------- share, of the Company.

Class D Stock the Class D Diversified Group Convertible Exchangeable Common Stock of PKS, par value $.0625 per share.

Examples of Class D Stock in a sentence

• The shares of Class D Stock are not entitled to receive any dividends or any distribution on a voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the affairs of the Company.

• Class D Stock may be retired only at the discretion of the Board and shall have no voting rights.

More Definitions of Class D Stock

Class D Stock means the Class D Diversified Group Convertible Exchangeable Common Stock, par value $0.0625, issued by the Company, prior to the redesignation of Class D Stock as Stock as of April 1, 1998.

Class D Stock means any and all ordinary Class D shares of capital stock (acciones Clase D) of the Company, which shares are convertible into shares of Class B Stock at the election of the holder thereof.

Class D Stock has the meaning specified in Section 3.2.
