The shares of Class D Stock are not entitled to receive any dividends or any distribution on a voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the affairs of the Company.
Class D Stock may be retired only at the discretion of the Board and shall have no voting rights.
Any individual other than an individual which is eligible to hold Class B Common Stock may become a non-voting member of this association upon the approval of the Board of Directors, by the purchase of a share of Class D Stock, par value $1.00, and compliance with such uniform conditions as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors.
