Class D Members means holders of Class D Capital Units who have executed and agreed to be bound by this Operating Agreement.
Class D Members means the holders of the Class D Shares who have been admitted as Members.

The Schedule of Members sets forth the identity of all Class D Members and the number of Class D Units held by each Class D Member.
