Class D Members definition

Class D Members means holders of Class D Capital Units who have executed and agreed to be bound by this Operating Agreement.
Class D Members means the Class D Members of Genesis as defined in the Genesis Charter Documents.
Class D Members means the holders of the Class D Shares who have been admitted as Members.

Examples of Class D Members in a sentence

  • The Schedule of Members sets forth the identity of all Class D Members and the number of Class D Units held by each Class D Member.

  • Class D Members shall be entitled to vote on all matters coming to a vote of the Class D Members.

  • In addition, the Class D Members shall be entitled to certain additional rights as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Class D Members as of the date that this By-law comes into effect shall continue their membership subject to the provisions of this By-law.

More Definitions of Class D Members

Class D Members means all such Persons.
Class D Members means those persons issued Class D Non-Voting, --------------- Non-Managing Membership Units.
Class D Members means Members holding Class D Common Units pursuant to the Network Equity Plan and an Award Agreement. Class D Members shall not include any Initial Members (or their successors or assigns) who acquire Class D Common Units pursuant to this Agreement (including Sections 11.3, 12.1(e), 12.2(e) or 12.5(d) hereof) or the Buy/Sell Agreement.
