Class B Regular Interest Principal Distribution Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the amount of principal distributed pursuant to Section 4.01(b) of this Agreement in respect of the Class B Regular Interest on such Distribution Date.

  • Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and, with respect to any Mortgage Pool comprised of two or more Loan Groups, each Loan Group, an amount equal to the aggregate of:

  • Class A Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (x) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) the applicable Subordination Percentage and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period over the Overcollateralization Floor Amount.

  • Class B-3 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (B) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (C) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (D) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (E) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (I) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date) and (J) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-3 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 92.50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $3,608,680.

  • Class A-1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and on which a Trigger Event is not in effect, the excess of (x) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 53.40% and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (B) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) minus the product of (i) 0.50% and (ii) the aggregate principal balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date (which includes the aggregate principal balance of the Identified Subsequent Mortgage Loans).

  • Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (B) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (C) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (D) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (E) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date) and (I) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 90.40% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $3,608,680.

  • Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (B) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (C) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (D) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date) and (E) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 87.90% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $3,608,680.

  • Group II Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.

  • Regular Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the Note Balance as of such Payment Date (before giving effect to any principal payments made on the Notes on such Payment Date), over (ii) the excess, if any, of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the end of the related Collection Period less the Overcollateralization Target Amount minus (b) the sum of the First Priority Principal Distribution Amount and the Second Priority Principal Distribution Amount for such Payment Date.

  • REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Class A-2 Principal Distribution Amount The excess of (x) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 62.00% and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (B) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) minus the related Overcollateralization Floor.

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Group I Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.

  • M5 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Senior Certificates and the Class M1, Class M2, Class M3 and Class M4 Certificates, in each case after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M5 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M5 Target Amount.

  • REMIC II Distribution Amount (I) For any Distribution Date prior to the Credit Support Depletion Date, the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date shall be distributed to the REMIC II Regular Interests and the Class R-2 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Class PO Principal Distribution Amount With respect to each Distribution Date and any Class of Principal Only Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Class B Principal Distribution Amount On any Distribution Date on and after the Stepdown Date and so long as a Delinquency Event is not in effect, an amount equal to the excess of (1) the sum of (A) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Senior Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (B) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (C) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (D) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, over (2) the lesser of (A) 100% of the Pool Balance minus the Subordination Required Overcollateralization Amount as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (B) the Pool Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period minus the OC Floor, provided, however, that after the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A, Class M-1 and Class M-2 Certificates are reduced to zero, the Class B Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date will equal 100% of the Principal Distribution Amount.

  • M4 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Senior Certificates and the Class M1, Class M2 and Class M3 Certificates, in each case after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M4 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M4 Target Amount.

  • Class B-4 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-4 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fourteenth, fifteenth, and sixteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • M3 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Senior Certificates and the Class M1 and Class M2 Certificates, in each case after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M3 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M3 Target Amount.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

  • Lower Tier Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any calendar month, the sum of (i) the Cash Flow Distribution Amount and (ii) the Lower Tier Accrual Amount, if any.

  • M1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Senior Certificates after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M1 Target Amount.

  • Class Principal Distribution Amount As to each RCR Class, an amount as to principal equal to (i) the concurrent distribution of principal in respect of the related REMIC Class or Classes multiplied by (ii) a fraction the numerator of which is the Aggregate Denomination of such RCR Class and the denominator of which is the Initial Authorized Denomination of such RCR Class. Code: The Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including any successor or amendatory provisions.

  • Class A-1 Distribution Amount With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (x) the Class A-1 Current Interest, (y) the Class A-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount and (z) the Group I Class A Principal Distribution Amount payable to the Owners of the Class A-1 Certificates pursuant to Section 7.03(f) hereof.

  • Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount or "Loan Group 2 Principal Distribution Amount"; fourth, as a recovery of Nonrecoverable Advances; fifth, in accordance with the Servicing Standards, as a recovery of any other amounts due and owing on such Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan, as applicable, including, without limitation, Penalty Charges, Yield Maintenance Charges and Excess Interest; and sixth, as a recovery of principal of such Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan, as applicable, to the extent of its entire unpaid principal balance. Notwithstanding the preceding, such provisions shall not be deemed to affect the priority of distributions of payments. To the extent that such amounts are paid by a party other than a Mortgagor, such amounts shall be deemed to have been paid in respect of a purchase of all or part of the Mortgaged Property (in the case of Insurance and Condemnation Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds) and then paid by the Mortgagor under the Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan, as applicable, in accordance with the preceding sentence. Amounts collected on any REO Loan shall be deemed to be applied in accordance with the definition thereof.
