Class B Manager definition
Class B Manager shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Class B Manager means each Manager nominated and appointed by the Class B Member (or the Class B Members collectively, as applicable) pursuant to Section 5.2.
Class B Manager means the Manager selected and appointed by the Members holding Preferred Units or Class B Units, as applicable, in accordance with Section 4.01(b)(i) or either of the Managers selected and appointed by the Members holding Preferred Units or Class B Units, as applicable, in accordance with Section 4.01(b)(ii), as the case may be.

During the second twelve-month period following the date hereof, the Chairperson shall be a Class B Manager designated by NEHC.
