Definition of Class B Loan Note


Class B Loan Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit B-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.


Class B Loan Note means each Class B Loan Note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit D-2 attached hereto, payable to the order of a Class B Funding Agent for the benefit of the Class B Lenders in such Class B Funding Agent’s Class B Lender Group, in the aggregate face amount of up to such Class B Lender Group’s portion of the Class B Maximum Facility Amount, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to the Class B Lenders in such Class B Funding Agent’s Class B Lender Group, as the same be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
