Class B Common Share definition

Class B Common Share means a Share in the Company designated as a “Class B Common Share.”
Class B Common Share has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Class B Common Share means any non-voting class B common share of the Company.

Class B Common Share means a Class B Common Share of Newco, which shall have attached to it such rights and restrictions as are acceptable to the Applicants, the Monitor and the Requisite Consenting Parties, acting reasonably, other than the right to vote at any meeting of the shareholders of Newco, except as required by Cayman Law;

Class B Common Share means the one share of par value US$0.01 per share (or such other par value as may result from any reorganization of capital) in the capital of the Company, having the rights and being subject to the limitations set out in these Bye-Laws.
