Class B-1 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates.

Applied Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which, the sum of (i) the Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance and (ii) the Class C Certificate Principal Balance after distributions of principal on such Distribution Date exceeds the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date.

Class M-1 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates.

Class M-2 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates.

Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class A Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over the sum of all distributions in reduction of the Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to the Class A Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount shall not be applied to reduce the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class.

Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess of (1) the Class C Applied Realized Loss Amount over (2) the sum of (x) all distributions in reduction of the Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates and (y) all increases in the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class C Certificates pursuant to the last sentence of the definition of "Certificate Principal Balance."

Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

Applied Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates after giving effect to all Realized Losses incurred with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Collection Period and distributions of principal on such Distribution Date, but before giving effect to any application of the Applied Loss Amount with respect to such date, exceeds (y) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.

Net Realized Losses For any Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the amount of Realized Losses previously allocated to that Class over (ii) the amount of any increases to the Class Certificate Principal Balance of that Class pursuant to Section 5.08 due to Recoveries.

Realized Losses means, with respect to any Receivable that becomes a Liquidated Receivable, the excess of the Principal Balance of such Liquidated Receivable over Net Liquidation Proceeds to the extent allocable to principal.

Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.

Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.

Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion, if any, of the Principal Distribution Amount attributable to Loan Group 1.

Class B-4 Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (x) the remaining Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date after distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount and the Class B-3 Principal Distribution Amount and (y) the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of (1) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (2) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (3) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (4) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (5) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (6) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (7) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (8) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (9) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (10) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (11) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-4 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, over (b) the lesser of (1) the product of (x) 90.60% and (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period, and after reduction for Realized Losses incurred during the prior calendar month), and (2) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period, and after reduction for Realized Losses incurred during the prior calendar month) minus the Overcollateralization Floor.

REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

Net Loss Amount means the sum of Cumulative Loss Amounts under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement and Aggregate Net Charge-Offs under the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

Class B-4 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-4 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fourteenth, fifteenth, and sixteenth of Section 4.01(a).

Liquidation Loss Amount With respect to any Payment Date and any Mortgage Loan that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the related Collection Period, the unrecovered portion of the Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan and any unpaid accrued interest thereon at the end of such Collection Period, after giving effect to the Net Liquidation Proceeds applied in reduction of such Principal Balance.

REMIC II Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) 50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC II Remittance Rate for REMIC II Regular Interest AA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount As defined in Section 4.02.

Class B-3 Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (x) the remaining Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date after distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount, and the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount and (y) the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of (1) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (2) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (3) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (4) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (5) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (6) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (7) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (8) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (9) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (10) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-3 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, over (b) the lesser of (1) the product of (x) 86.20% and (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period, and after reduction for Realized Losses incurred during the prior calendar month), and (2) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period, and after reduction for Realized Losses incurred during the prior calendar month) minus the Overcollateralization Floor.

Monthly Shared-Loss Amount means the change in the Cumulative Shared- Loss Amount from the beginning of each month to the end of each month.

Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (ii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iv) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (v) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (vi) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) the applicable Subordination Percentage and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period over the Overcollateralization Floor Amount.

Realized Loss With respect to each Liquidated Mortgage Loan, an amount as of the date of such liquidation, equal to (i) the unpaid principal balance of the Liquidated Mortgage Loan as of the date of such liquidation, plus (ii) interest at the Net Mortgage Interest Rate from the Due Date as to which interest was last paid or advanced (and not reimbursed) to Certificateholders up to the Due Date in the month in which Liquidation Proceeds are required to be distributed on the Stated Principal Balance of such Liquidated Mortgage Loan from time to time, minus (iii) the Liquidation Proceeds, if any, received during the month in which such liquidation occurred, to the extent applied as recoveries of interest at the Net Mortgage Interest Rate and to principal of the Liquidated Mortgage Loan. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that has become the subject of a Deficient Valuation, if the principal amount due under the related Mortgage Note has been reduced, the difference between the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan outstanding immediately prior to such Deficient Valuation and the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as reduced by the Deficient Valuation. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that has become the subject of a Debt Service Reduction and any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the principal portion of the related Monthly Payment has been reduced.
