Class B-1 Units means a Partnership Interest representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class B-1 Units in this Agreement.
Class B-1 Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13(b).
Class B-1 Units means that class of Company Interests issued to those Members set forth on Exhibit A in the amounts set forth thereon, and to such other Persons after the Effective Date in accordance with this Agreement, representing an interest in profits, losses and distribution as set forth in this Agreement and having the rights, powers, obligations, restrictions and limitations specified with respect to Class B-1 Units in this Agreement.
Examples of Class B-1 Units in a sentence
As of the date hereof, there are issued and outstanding: 100,000,000 Class A Units, 36,139,538 Class B Units, 6,717,605 Class B-1 Units, 6,717,605 Class B-2 Units and 100,000,000 Preferred Units.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no amounts payable hereunder shall be distributed in respect of any Class B-1 Units unless and until the holder thereof shall have properly completed, executed and delivered the Exchange Documents (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement.
Except as set forth in this Section 1.7(a)(iv), at the First Merger Effective Time, each Class B-1 Unitholder shall cease to have any rights with respect to the Class B-1 Units.

Class B-1 Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).
Class B-1 Units means the Units of the Company designated as the “Class B-1 Units” herein and having the rights, powers and duties pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.
