Class A(2014-1) Note definition

Class A(2014-1) Note means any Note, in the form set forth in Exhibit A hereto, designated therein as a Class A(2014-1) Note and duly executed and authenticated in accordance with the Indenture.
Class A(2014-1) Note means any Note, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture Supplement, designated therein as a Class A(2014-1) Note and duly executed and authenticated in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Such checks shall be mailed to the Person entitled thereto at the address of such Person as it appears on the Note Register as of the applicable Record Date without requiring that this Class A(2014-1) Note be submitted for notation of payment.

  • On each Payment Date, the Paying Agent shall distribute to each Holder of Class A(2014-1) Notes of record on the related Record Date (except for the final distribution with respect to this Class A(2014-1) Note) such Xxxxxx’s pro rata share of the amounts held by the Paying Agent that are allocated and available on such Payment Date to pay interest and principal on the Class A Notes.

  • All terms used in this Class A(2014-1) Note that are defined in the Indenture, the Indenture Supplement and the Terms Document shall have the meanings assigned to them in or pursuant to the Indenture, the Indenture Supplement and the Terms Document.

  • No service charge will be charged for any registration of transfer or exchange of this Class A(2014-1) Note, but the transferor may be required to pay a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any such registration of transfer or exchange.

  • Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-2 Note means any of the 0.51% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class A Note means a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-2 Note, a Class A-3 Note or a Class A-4 Note.

  • Class A-3 Note means any of the 1.34% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class C Note Rate means 3.48% per annum.

  • Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class C Notes at the Class C Interest Rate on the Class C Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class C Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class C Note means any one of the Series 2020-1 3.02% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class C, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1, Exhibit C-2 or Exhibit C-3. Definitive Class C Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the $ Class A-2 % Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.
