Class A Warrant definition

Class A Warrant has the meaning set forth in Section 2 hereof;

Class A Warrant means a warrant defined as a Class A Warrant in the Warrant Agreement.

Class A Warrant means each of the Company's warrants issued pursuant to that certain Warrant Agreement dated as of even date herewith, each of which evidences the right to purchase one share of Common Stock, subject to adjustment as set forth in such Warrant Agreement, and all warrants issued upon transfer, division or combination of, or in substitution for, any thereof.
