Class A Outstanding Principal Amount definition

Class A Outstanding Principal Amount means with respect to the Class A Securities, when used with respect to any Business Day, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Initial Invested Amount minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Securityholders on or prior to such Business Day.
Class A Outstanding Principal Amount equals the aggregate initial outstanding principal amount of the Class A Notes, minus any principal payments made to holders of the Class A Notes.

Class A Outstanding Principal Amount. As of any Payment Date, the Class A Initial Principal Amount reduced by (i) all payments, if any, on the Class A Notes in reduction of their principal amount made on all prior Payment Dates and (ii) all Class A Realized Loss Amounts allocated thereto with respect to prior Payment Dates.
