Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.
Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
B Notes means each of Note B-1 and Note B-2.
Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class B Notes means the Class B 5.87% Asset-Backed Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Indenture.
Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.
Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.
Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.
Class A-2a Notes means the $ Class A-2 % Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.
Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.
Class A-3 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
MAC Notes The Classes of Modifiable And Combinable STACR® Notes shown on
Class A-1 Note Rate means, (i) with respect to the initial Series 2002-1 Interest Period, 2.04% per annum and (ii) with respect to each Series 2002-1 Interest Period thereafter, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for such Series 2002-1 Interest Period plus 0.20% per annum.
Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.
Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class A-2b Notes means the Class A-2b Floating Rate Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2b to the Indenture.
Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.
Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.
Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Class A-4 Notes means the 0.62% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-4, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.
Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
Class A Note Balance means, at any time, the sum of the Class A-1 Note Balance, the Class A-2 Note Balance and the Class A-3 Note Balance at such time.
