Class A Land definition
Class A Land means that portion of the Property, if any, identified as Class A Land on the Plan of Restricted Areas; a legal description thereof by metes and bounds being set forth in Appendix III (“Legal Description of the Restricted Areas”). Class A Land may contain Contaminated Groundwater.

Borrower shall have furnished to Lender an ALTA/ACSM ------ "Class A" Land Title Survey of the Project.
