Class A Land definition

Class A Land means that portion of the Property, if any, identified as Class A Land on the Plan of Restricted Areas; a legal description thereof by metes and bounds being set forth in Appendix III (“Legal Description of the Restricted Areas”). Class A Land may contain Contaminated Groundwater.

Examples of Class A Land in a sentence

  • Borrower shall have furnished to Lender an ALTA/ACSM ------ "Class A" Land Title Survey of the Project.

  • To the knowledge of the Company, there are no irrevocable proxies with respect to Shares of the Company or any shares of capital stock of any subsidiary of the Company.

Related to Class A Land

  • Class A-4 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-4 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-4 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-4 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class A-4 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.6250%.
