Class A Accumulation Period definition

Class A Accumulation Period means, unless a Pay Out Event shall --------------------------- have occurred prior thereto, the period commencing at the close of business on the last day of the July 2006 Monthly Period or such later date as is determined in accordance with Section 4.03(f) and ending on the first to occur of (a) the commencement of the Early Amortization Period, (b) the payment in full to Class A Certificateholders of the Class A Invested Amount or (c) the Termination Date.

  • Return Accumulation Period means the period from (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the Issue Date) to (but excluding) the next (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the first) Periodic Distribution Date;

  • Funding Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first to occur of (a) the Distribution Date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account (after giving effect to any transfers therefrom in connection with the transfer of Subsequent Contracts to the Trust on such Distribution Date) is less than $150,000, (b) the date on which an Event of Termination occurs, (c) the date on which an Insolvency Event occurs with respect to the Trust Depositor and (d) the close of business on the date which is 90 days from and including the Closing Date.

  • Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 15, 2021.

  • Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2022-1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Issuer; provided, however, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Note Rating Agencies shall have provided prior written confirmation that a Ratings Effect will not occur with respect to such change.

  • Class A-1 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
