Class A-4 Subordination Percentage means, on any date of determination, the percentage equal to (x) the Aggregate Market Value of the Portfolio minus the sum of Financed Securities and the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class A-3 Notes and Class A-4 Notes divided by (y) the Aggregate Market Value of the Portfolio.
