Class A-1A Pass-Through Rate. For the first Distribution Date, 5.4900% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class A-1A Margin, (2) the Class A-1 Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Class A-1 Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.
Class A-1A Pass-Through Rate. A per annum fixed rate equal to 5.547%.

Class A-1A Pass-Through Rate. For each Distribution Date, LIBOR as of the related LIBOR Determination Date, plus the Class A-1A Certificate Margin.
