If available funds are insufficient to pay an Adjusted Expected Distribution to each such Class in full, available funds will be distributed to each of the Class A-1 Trustee and Class A-2 Trustee in the same proportion as such Trustee's proportionate share of the aggregate amount of such Adjusted Expected Distributions.
